Supply and install blown-in insulation of R-30 value to entire attic, <br />complete. <br />H. INTERIOR PAINTING <br />1. Fully prepare all interior ceiling, wall, door and trim surfaces to receive <br />new paint. Includes prime new crown molding, prime new sheetrock, and <br />prime any new or "raw" materials. Paint crown molding, trim, door <br />casing and doors with interior semi-gloss latex enamel. Paint Kitchen and <br />Bathroom walls and ceilings with interior semi-gloss latex enamel. Paint <br />all other walls and ceilings with interior flat latex. Restore all surfaces to <br />proper working order. Finish paint shall provide sufficient coverage to <br />prevent previous colors from showing through. Color to match existing as <br />close as practical. Protect glass, floor covering, vegetation and personal <br />possessions with appropriate temporary coverings and enclosures. <br />I. GENERAL REPAIRS <br />Remove existing block chimney to below roof line and properly cap-off <br />remaining top. Supply and install replacement roof sheathing to <br />accommodate installation of new roof cover. New materials to match <br />existing as close as is practical. <br />2. Remove approximately 74 l.f. of soffit. from front and rear of house. <br />NOTE: A$er soffit materials are removed, if further damage is discovered <br />the Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet to review <br />the work, determine a course of action and, if necessary, a cost for any . <br />additional work. Prepare soffit areas for installation of new vinyl vented <br />soffit. Supply and install new vinyl vented soffit and to restore to proper <br />working order. New materials and finishes to match existing as close as <br />practical. <br />
