In Kitchen, remove existing cold water line from sink to entry to Kitchen. <br />Supply and install new materials to restore cold water line to proper <br />working order. New materials to match existing as close as practical. <br />Work shall be performed in an efficient, workmanlike manner so as to <br />keep "down time" and temporary connections to a minimum. All work to <br />code. <br />5. Remove existing Kitchen sink, faucet, p-trap assembly, supply, lines and <br />shut-off valves. Supply and install new shut-off valves, p-trap assemble, <br />double bowl stainless steel sink, and single-handle control faucet, <br />complete. Work shall be performed in an efficient, workmanlike manner <br />so as to keep "down time" and temporary connections to a minimum. All <br />work to-code. <br />6. Run "snake" through Kitchen and Bathroom drain lines to clear lines and <br />provide proper drain flow to septic system. <br />7. Re-attach and secure existing plumbing vent pipe on rear exterior wall. <br />Extend all existing plumbing vents to above the roof to provide proper <br />ventilation. <br />D. ELECTRICAL <br />Properly disconnect and abandon existing electrical service. Supply and <br />install new 200 AMP electrical service to house including new breaker <br />panel, mast, weatherhead, and grounding, complete. Work shall be <br />performed in an efficient, workmanlike manner so as to keep "down time" <br />and temporary connections to a minimum. Includes new circuits, breakers <br />and proper grounding, complete. Circuits and breakers to be clearly <br />identified. Newly installed junction boxes in attic and underfloor shall be <br />located so they are not covered by insulation. All work to code. <br />
