In crawlspace where existing sewer line is leaking under Bathroom, clear <br />effluent from area. Repair existing leaking sewer line to restore to proper <br />working orde3~. Materials to match existing as close as is practical. Work <br />shall be performed in an efficient, workmanlike manner so as to keep <br />"down time" and temporary connections to a minimum. All work to code. <br />2. In Kitchen, remove existing water heater. Supply and install new <br />insulated "table top" 40 gallon water heater at same location, including <br />P!T valve, overflow pipe to exterior, complete. Work shall be performed <br />in an efficient, workmanlike manner so as to keep "down time" and <br />temporary connections to a minimum. All work to code. <br />3. In Kitchen, repair existing hot water line that is leaking inside of the sink <br />cabinet. New materials to match existing as close as practical.
