All other conditions and <br />descriptions remain the same. Please be reminded that bids will be opened <br />and read aloud on February 21, 2006 at 3:OOP.M. in the Housing and <br />Community Development Department office at 300 W. Tryon Street, <br />Hillsborough, N.C. 27278. The. changes are as follows: <br />I. FLOOR COVERINGS <br />1.
