All other conditions and <br />descriptions remain the same. Please be reminded that bids will be opened <br />and read aloud on February 21, 2006 at 3:OOP.M. in the Housing and <br />Community Development Department office at 300 W. Tryon Street, <br />Hillsborough, N.C. 27278. The changes are as follows: <br />E <br />F <br />ELECTRTICAL <br />14. Delete: Delete this entire item. <br />16. Add: Includes supply and install new range wall cabinet, to <br />match existing as close as practical. <br />MECHANICAL <br />1. Delete: Delete "gas pack" from the description. <br />Change: SEER is 13 (not 12). <br />II. KITCHEN <br />1. Add: Includes supply and install new recessed washing <br />machine plumbing hookup box mounted in the wall at <br />existing location. <br />
