In Kitchen, repair existing damaged wall behind washing machine to <br />restore to proper working order. New materials and finishes to match <br />existing as close as is practical. Includes provide latex semi-gloss painted <br />finish, complete. <br />III. HALL BATHROOM <br />1. Remove existing vanity and toilet for re-installation. Remove existing <br />floor covering and underlayment to subfloor. NOTE: If further damage is <br />discovered after existing floor covering and underlayment are removed, <br />the Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet to review <br />the work, determine a course of action and, if necessary, a cost for any <br />additional work. Work shall be performed in an efficient, workmanlike <br />manner so as to keep - "down time". and temporary connections to a <br />minimum. Temporary connections for toilet shall be provided for <br />overnight accommodations until work is complete. <br />2. Clean all existing the in shower surround and wainscoting. Remove <br />existing loose grout. Replace approximately six (6) missing tiles, re- <br />install existing loose tiles. Install new grout where existing was removed <br />and restore .all the to proper working order. New materials to match <br />existing as close as is practical. <br />3. Prepare existing subfloor for installation of new luaun plywood <br />underlayment. Supply and install new 1/a" luaun underlayment with a <br />smooth top surface, and prepare for installation of new vinyl floor cover. <br />Supply and install new vinyl floor cover and vinyl base per Owner <br />selection. Includes new metal transition strip at door and caulking all <br />seams at base, complete. <br />4. Remove existing tub/shower plumbing faucet and showerhead. Make <br />repairs to accommodate tub/shower faucet and showerhead. Supply and <br />install new faucet and showerhead and restore to proper working order. <br />Access to be gained through adjacent closet wall. Repair closet wall to <br />restore to proper working order. New materials to match existing as close <br />as is practical. <br />
