Supply and install blown-in insulation of R-30 value to entire attic of <br />house, complete. <br />H. EXTERIOR DOORS <br />1. Remove existing rear storm door for reinstallation. Remove existing rear <br />door and door frame and prepare opening for installation of new pre-hung <br />exterior door. Supply and install new pre-hung 9-light exterior door. <br />Includes all hardware, keyed lockset and deadbolt, complete. Re-install <br />existing storm door with pneumatic closure and security lock, complete. <br /> <br />2. Supply and install new vinyl-clad storm door on the front door, including <br />pneumatic closure and security lock, complete. <br />I. FLOOR COVERINGS <br />1. Throughout Living Room, Hall, and all three Bedrooms remove existing <br />carpet and rug floor coverings, pad and tack strips. NOTE: After existing <br />carpet and rug floor coverings are removed, if further damage is <br />discovered the Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet <br />to review the work, determine a course of action and, if necessary, a cost <br />for any additional work. Supply. and install new fmish to existing <br />hardwood floor, including all necessary sanding, buffing, staining and <br />three (3) coats of clear finish,' complete. <br />J. GENERAL REPAIRS <br />1. Remove approximately four (4) existing loose brick and loose mortar on <br />front steps and landing. Supply and install approximately eight (8) new <br />brick, new mortar where existing was removed, and new mortar where <br />materials were missing. Restore steps and landing to proper working <br />order. New materials and finishes to match existing as close as practical. <br /> <br />
