This group includes people who may be low- to middle- income, older, homebound, <br />disabled, non - English- spealdng; people who find the forms confusing; or people who have few <br />financial resources to pay for'professional tax assistance, a cost which averages $Zoo. Therefore, <br />many factors contribute to the need for the RSVP -VITA Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program: <br />lack of access to services due to physical handicaps, language or travel barriers, financial costs; and <br />Page 33 <br />
