~~S ~a ©~ - ~~d~ RESOLUTION OF THE ~/ -/a -a ~ ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO APPROVE AN ORDINANCE FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT, CLASS A FOR PARTNERSHIP ACADEMY ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL FOR ORANGE COUNTY Date: April 10, 2006 Applicant/Owner: Orange County Board of Education 9b The Orange County Board of County Commissioners hereby approves an application submitted by Orange County for a Special Use Permit, Class A for a Alternative School and the site plan drawings #C1.1,"revised 2/28/06", #C2.0, and landscape plan L1.0, dated January 23, 2006 applicable to the following property and subject to the following conditions: Property located along the north side of Storey Lane and being further identified in the Orange County Land Records Office by all of Parcel Identification Number 9872-79- 0397 containing 20.8 acres more or less. The property is identified by the following legal description: Being all of a certain tract of land described in General Warranty Deed DB 2801 PG 509 (Orange County Registry). The purpose of the General Warranty Deed was to combine or merge the following two tracts or parcels of land into one single tract or parcel of land for all purposes. FORMERLY PIN # 9872-69-8411 BEGINNING at an iron stake in the property line on the east side of N.C. Highway No. 86, at the southwest corner of Lot No. 2, as shown on the plat hereinafter referred to, and running thence along and with the south line of Lot No. 2 South 87° 30' East 958 feet to a rock and pointers, the southeast corner of Lot No. 2; thence South 4° 37' West 574 feet to an iron stake in the property line on the north side of Storey Lane; thence South 87° 56' West 861 feet to an iron stake, the point of intersection of the property line on the north side of Storey Lane with the property line on the east side of N.C. Highway No. 86; thence along and with the property line on east side of N.C.
