In other wards what affects Grange Gounty impacts an Durham <br />County as well. We rely on each othCrs resources- such as land for recreation, <br />too. The manner and location you choasc to develop or not develt7p Grange County <br />affects us as well. <br />What I mainly want to 0o into tonight is whatlirs curreLntly an the books <br />and what you're considering changing the zoning ta.~ I suppo~ rezoning all of <br />Duke Forest lands to Public Interest District and trill use your xaning book end <br />Land i~se Plan to back up this eroument. <br />Fat the aud~enCea' benefit I'd like to briefly ao.vver what the permited uses <br />of land -are in a~.Public Interest DitriCt zone (PIA).
