If the proposed amendment is e,ppraved~aadthee <br />availability of public water i.s assured, <br />designated Transition Area (91 acres) may be <br />developed utilwzing public water and sewer and <br />the remaining 984 acres (exc~.vding open <br />spaces) developed utiliwing ird~-~'~-dual wells <br />and septic tanks.(Aa option is a community <br />low-pressure ground absorption system if tine <br />klteraative Systems keport proviaes a positive <br />recommendation.) <br />b. The proposed hates-Sewer Policy may be amended <br />to address "maser planned developments" of a <br />ce=taro size, w7~ere camnanents of the. <br />Comprehensive Pls.a axe impiea,ented, and the <br />character of the area in which the development <br />rs located is preserved.
