The draft Hillsbaraugh Township Plan is hereby <br />adopted and designated as Section 3.9 of the Land <br />Use Element of the Cam rehensive Plan for Oran e <br />Count N.C., including the following changes made <br />to the plan presented at public hearing an May 23, <br />1988: <br />a) The designation of that portion of the Little <br />River watershed in Hillsborough Township as a <br />Water Supply Watershed; <br />b) The inclusion of appx'aximately nine acres <br />adjacent to Highland Woods Subdivision in the <br />Ten-Year Transition Are; and, <br />c) The adjustment of the boundary of the Upper Eno <br />watershed to the east to reflect more accurate <br />topographic data. <br />Adopted this day of ~98-- <br />
