~_'~ <br />..,-~_.~ <br />CORRECTION TO MINUTES OF 6/6 /A8 <br />Page 5 - Oak Crest Subdivision - Preliminary Plan <br />The intent of the motion was to accept the dedication of 5.86 <br />acres of recreation/open space along Price's Creek provided <br />it be noted on the final plat as "Land dedicated to Orange <br />County for public recxeation/open space purposes." <br />The motion should be corrected to read as follows: <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by <br />Commissioner Halkiotis to approve the preliminary plan for <br />Oak Crest Subdivision with the following 11 conditions, <br />accept the dedication of the right-of-way and to accept the <br />dedication of 5.86 acres of recreation/open space along <br />Price's Creek provided it be noted on the final plat as "Land <br />dedicated to Orange County for public recxeation/open space <br />purposes." <br />(continue with the 11 conditions as stated in the <br />minutes) <br />
