7 <br />The above-referenced costs do not include the AGENCY/GRANIEE <br />Administrative expenses in the amount of Seven Hundred and Four Dollars <br />($704..00}. R_ Part 206, 44 C F..R Part 209, 44 C F..R. Part 1.3, and other applicable <br />Hazard Mitigation Grant Program guidance Administrative costs shall be <br />compensated irr accordance with 44 C..F .R.. §206..439(b)(I){ii) 44 C.F .R.. §209.11(b) <br />the RECIl'IENT/SUBGRANIBE shall utilize the forms entitled "Request for <br />Advance" and "Cost Report" to obtain funds under this agreement.. RECIPIENI/ <br />SUBGRANIBE shall not receive funds under this agreement if it does not submit <br />Cost Report or Request For' Advance forms Io receive funds under this <br />agreement, RECIPIENT/ SUBGRANTEE shall complete the Designated Agent <br />Form and forward it to the appropriate Division of Emergency Management Hazard <br />Mitigation Grant Program Project Manager or Hazard Mitigation Specialist.. Asper' <br />Paragraph 12(d) of this Agreement, if'RECIPIENT/ SUBGRANTEE designates <br />different representatives or designated agents, RECIPIENT/ SUBGRANTEE shall <br />notify AGENCY/GRAN I EE . <br />To receive funds under this agreement, the Designated Agent shall sign the Cost <br />Report or Request for Advance Form.. These forms are hereby incorporated into <br />this Agreement by reference. Following full execution of this Agreement, the <br />Fiscal Section of'the Department of Crime Control and Public Safety will forward <br />the Cost Report to the RECIPIENT/ SUBGRANIEE. {See sample Cost Report <br />attached). RECIPIENT/ SUBGRANTEE shall complete the Cost Report and attach <br />appropriate invoices or~ other appropriate documentation and forward it to the <br />appropriate Division of Emergency Management Hazard Mitigation Grant Program <br />Project Manager or Hazard Mitigation Specialist AGENCY/ GRANTEE will <br />reimburse RECIPIENT/SUBGRANIEE for eligible costs in increments of Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or greater <br />the final payment of funds will be made only after project completion, submission <br />of all required documentation, final inspection, and a request for final <br />reimbursement.. <br />RECIPIENT/SUBGRANIEE agrees, as a condition of receipt of funding pursuant <br />to this Agreement, to obtain reasonably available, adequate, and necessary <br />insurance for the type or' types of hazard for which the major disaster was declared, <br />in accordance with the requirements of44 C.F..R. 206 subpart L. <br />(3) DUPLICATION OF BENEFITS PROHIBITION <br />In accordance with the provisions of'42 U.S.C.. §5155 (Section 312 of the Stafford <br />Act) duplication of'benefits is prohibited..
