Your project <br />number is HMGP-1490-0005.. <br />Enclosed are two originals of the HMGP Grant Agreement,. Each document should be -- <br />signed by you in two (2) places -the signature page and Attachment C. After signing the <br />Agreement, please include the date and have your signature witnessed on the signature page To <br />expedite processing, please return these documents by overnight mail to Angelicia Simmons, <br />Hazard Mitigation Legal Buyout Team, North Carolina Division of Emergency Management, <br />1830-B Tillery Place, Raleigh, NC 27604•• The overnight mail charges are reimbursable as part <br />of administrative cost.. <br />After Deputy Secretary Gerald A.
