ATTACH1~fENT 3 O <br />Equipment and Vehicles Project <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds to purchase County-owned vehicles and <br />major equipment. The project will be .financed with proceeds from the County's <br />portion of the one half-cent sales taxes, dedicated property taxes, proceeds from <br />private placement financing arrangements, and North Carolina Department of <br />Transportation funds. - <br />Section 2.The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3.The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2004-OS <br />FY 2005-06 Through FY <br />2005-06 <br />Sales Tax and Dedicated <br />Pro erty Tax <br />$548,295 <br />$267,000 <br />$815,295 <br />Bond Funds $0 $0 $0 <br />Alternative Financin $2,199,806 $0 $2,199,806 <br />Grant Funds $667,374 $0 $667,374 <br />Other $0 $6,000 $6,000 <br />Total Fundin $3,415,475 $273,000 $3,688,475 <br />Section 4.The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2004-05 <br />FY 2005-06 Through FY <br />2005-06 <br />LandBuildin $0 $0 $0 <br />Desi $0 $0 $0 <br />Consiruction $0 $0 $0 <br />E ui ment & Vehicles $3,415,475 $273,000 $3,688,475 <br />Total Costs $3,415,475 $273,000 $3,688,475 <br />Section 5.
