CLOSED SESSION <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis "To discuss <br />the County's position and to instruct the County Manager and County Attorney on the negotiating <br />position regarding the terms of a contract to purchase real property," NCGS § 143-318.11(a)(5), and <br />Pursuant to GS § 143-318.11(a)(3) "to consult with an attorney retained by the Board in order to <br />preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the Board." <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />The Board reconvened from Closed Session. <br />14. ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further items to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
