Box 1177 ^ Hillsborough, NC ^ 27 <br />"To Suppon: Atl A-t Forms, Promote, Coordinate and Strengthen the Cultural Development of the County" <br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT FOR ORANGE COUNTY ARTS COMMISSION GRANTS <br />December 1, 1997 <br />Efland-Cheeks Elementary School Cultural Committee <br />Victoria Frisch <br />Efland-Cheeks Elementary School <br />4401 Fuller Road <br />Efland, NC 27243 <br />I am delighted to inform you that the Artists & Performers in Northern Orange County project for the Efland-Cheeks Elementary <br />School Cultural Committee has been awarded a grant of $1000.00. <br />It is understood that: <br />The fiznds will be used for the Artists & Performers in Northern Orange County project as specified in your grant application. <br />1. The grant will be matched on a one to one basis with cash from funds not derived from Orange County appropriations. <br />2. The activities will take place between January 1,1998 and June 30, 1998. <br />3. Financial records pertaining to this project will be retained for three years, in case of audit. <br />4. An evaluation report on this project, including a narrative section, a detailed financial report, a participation evaluation, <br />and samples of publicity will be submitted to the Orange County Arts Commission at the completion of the project and in <br />any case, no later than Thursday, July 9, 1998. <br />An evaluation form will follow under separate cover. <br />5. Publicity about the project will indicate support from the Orange County Arts Commission. <br />6. We request you send calendar information to the Commission at least six weeks before your funded event(s) if possible. <br />If you agree to the above conditions, please sign and return one copy of this letter of agreement to this office by Wednesday, <br />December 31, 1997 so we may prepare your check.
