Grant amounts do not exceed 51000.00. Partial funding was gives due to our budget oonatraints. <br />It is understood that: ' <br />The funds will be used for theAnnual Hillsborough Fatuity Pops Concert project as specified is your grant application. <br />1. The grant will be matcher! on a one to one basis with cash 8rom futrds sot derived front Orange Conan' appropriations. <br />2. The activities will take placx between Jsouary 1,1998 sad Jtme 30,1998. <br />3. Financial records pertaining to this project will be retained for thmt years, in case of audit. <br />4. An evaluation report on this project, including a nanativc section, a detailed financial report, a patti~cipation evaluatioq <br />and samples of publicity will be submitted to the Otattge County Arts Commission at the completion of the project and in <br />any case, no Inter than Tharedtty, July 9,1998. <br />Aa evaluation form will follow under separate cover. <br />5. Pttltlicity shoat the project will indicate support from the Orange County Arts Commission. <br />6.
