10 D <br />7. The exact nature of all potential recreation activities <br />(passive ar active) expected far the recreation space ...~.~ <br />should be addressed on the plans. Also the distance <br />between the edge of the nitrification field and the <br />existing stream is not clear. <br />8. Proposed grading and clearing limit lines would `be <br />needed. <br />9. Proposed stormwater culvert sizes should be indicated <br />and hydrologic calculations verifying their adequacy <br />should be provided. Detailed drawings of the culvert <br />and road crossings are also needed. <br />10. xf the road is to be extended, a notation to that <br />effect should be on the plans, and signage should be <br />installed at that end of the cul-de-sac when the road <br />is built. <br />11. Proposed house locations and driveways are needed to <br />verify proposed impervious surface areas. <br />12.
