~i <br />Of course, other questions also must be answered related to which neighborhoods would be scheduled for water <br />line extensions, and the extent to which (if any), individual property owners would be expected to bear the costs <br />~f water line construction, plumbing connections, acreage fees, and related costs. <br />The Board may wish to discuss this information at the January 20 meeting and consider sending a letter to the <br />other governing boards. This letter could convey the County's assessment of the information available <br />regarding water line extensions, and ask each of the municipal governing boards to respond with their <br />assessment, and proposed course(s) of action. Attachment VII lays out several of the conclusions and questions <br />the Board may wish to transmit to the other governing boards. <br />
