NOTE: There is a potential $14,000 revenue loss associated <br />with reduction of the tipping fee to $0 and assuming ~ no net revenue and a 25% diversion rate of <br />metals. <br />If the State Waste Management Division approves addition of engineered wood wastes, publicize <br />and promote existing incentive fee for source-separated construction wood waste diversion. <br />Explore cosu and financing options for land acquisition and other capital costs. <br />Proceed with engineering evaluation of proposed construction and demolition waste management <br />facility for inclusion in 1997-98 budget. <br />Proceed to identify and acquire land for construction and demolition waste management facility. <br />Fiscal year 1997-98 <br />Pass solid waste plan ordinances in each jurisdiction, hire solid waste plan manager, refine process. <br />January 1998, implement solid wasu plan requirement county-wide <br />If land is acquired, begin detailed engineering and permitting process for a Construction waste <br />management facility and landfill.
