I. An amount equal to 10% of the cost of phases A & B is due and payable upon execution of this <br />agreement in support of project mobilization. <br />II. Phases can be accelerated at client's request depending upon date of acquisition of aerial <br />photography and availability of resources. <br />III. Invoices shall be submitted monthly on a percent (%) complete basis with payment terms of net <br />30 days. <br />IV. CLIENT agrees to pay interest to ATLANTIC (or any successor or assign) at a rate equal to <br />18% per annum on sums which CLIENT fails to remit to ATLANTIC within 30 days from the date <br />of invoice. <br />V. Company agrees that the proposed price for all phases is valid until June 30, 1999, and that if all <br />products have not been ordered or delivered by that date it extends further the right of County to <br />purchase products and services at those prices until November 1, 2000. Any products not ordered <br />for delivery after the November 1, 2000 date will be priced at an additional cost based on this <br />Agreement plus the rate of inflation for the year 2000 as indicated by the consumer price index, but <br />will not exceed a total increase of 10%. <br />In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement the day and year first above <br />written. <br />Contractor: Client: <br />ATLANTIC Technologies, Ltd.
