XII. CERTIFICATION <br />The Orange County Board of Social Services actively participated in the planning process for the <br />Orange County Work First Plan. The Board of Social Services supports the strategies for <br />meeting the statwide and county outcome goals identified by the community. The Board of <br />Social Services certifies that all requirements for plan development, outlined in Senate Bill 352= <br />Part XII, Welfare Reform Initiatives, were met. <br />Rosetta Moore, Acting Chairperson <br />Orange County Board of Social Services <br />The Orange County Board of County Commissioners certify that a committee of Orange County <br />citizens was formed called the Welfare Reform Task Force. The Task Force identified the needs <br />of the Work First population, and assisted in the development of the County Plan. The Work <br />First Plan was available for public comment as designated by the North Carolina General <br />Assembly.
