The proposed amendments were presented at the public hearing on November 24, <br />1997. The Planning Board and Board of Commissioners had no questions or <br />comments at the hearing. The applicant spoke in favor of the proposed changes <br />which were referred to the Planning Board for a recommendation. <br />On January 7, 1998, the Planning Board recommended approval of the proposed <br />amendments with a unanimous vote. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends that the Board of Commissioners close the public <br />hearing and approve the proposed Zoning Ordinance text amendments. <br />
