NC DOT has investigated this request (see attached Secondary Road <br />Addition Report) and has submitted a petition for the addition of Gemena Road <br />and Habitat Circle in the Chestnut Oaks Subdivision to the Boazd of <br />Commissioners for review and approval. <br />The Boazd's decision will be forwazded to the N.C. Boazd of Transportation for <br />their deliberation on acceptance of the road to the State-maintained Secondary <br />Road System. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends, approval of the addition of Gemena Road and <br />Habitat Circle in Bingham Township to the State-maintained Secondary Road <br />System. <br />
