I3 <br />A rate order, finding the requested rate to be reasonable and conveying approval, is attached. To <br />be valid, the order must be executed following the conclusion of <br />a. a public meeting where the counciUcommission/boazd gives interested parties an <br />opportunity to comment; <br />b. cotlncil/commit¢ion/board'soffieial receipt of the report; and, <br />c. adoption by the counciUcommission/board ofthe report as its own -required <br />by FCC rules (a motion to adopt is necessary). <br />It is appropriate for public comment to be heard, related to the rate request by the cable operator <br />at the time the counciUcommission/board meets to deliberate upon this matter. A special session <br />is not required. It is necessary to call public comment duxing a regularly scheduled public <br />meeting.
