Enforcement of Noncompliance Statement <br />If a facility is not in compliance with any of the standards contained in Sections I through VII in Rule .3502(b) or Rule .3951(b), this report will be forwarded to the Secretary of <br />Human Resources within 10 days for his determination whether those conditions may jeopardize the custody, safety, health, or welfare, of the inmates.
