These properties have been owned by Orange Community Housing siztce <br />January of 1996, when they were purchased with HOW funds provided by the Orange <br />County Housing and Community Development Department. We are currently renovating <br />the properties for sale to first time Dome buyers. <br />We should have applied for tax exemptions on these properties last ,year, but. that mint <br />have been overlooked.
