Road (Attachment 3B); Sheriff s memo <br />on close patrol along Rogers Road related to vehicles with uncovered loads or causing litter <br />(Attachment 3C). <br />NewlAdditional Information: Review of landfill reserve funds for equipment replacement, land <br />acquisition, and landfill construction, with discussion of possible alternative uses of these reserves if <br />anew landfill is not pursued (Attachment 3D); County Engineer's memo on potential impacts of <br />blasting associated with Landfill construction on wells and groundwater (Attachment 3 E); <br />confirmation of estimated operating/capital cost per ton for a materials recovery facility <br />(Attachment 3F); Environmental Health Director's memo on well water treatment systems and their <br />associated costs (Attachment 3G); Joyce Engineering report on the feasibility of the use of the <br />Greene Tract as a potential site for a transfer station, MRF, and/or construction & demolition <br />landfill (Attachment 3H, in bound document -received late Friday, February 6, so no County staff <br />review has taken place); staff memo, developed in response to citizen inquiry about landfill post- <br />closure costs (Attachment 3I). <br />
