Complete all mandated visits to DDA, Family, and Rest Homes <br />7 DDA Homes to be visited annually <br />4 Rest Homes to be visited quarterly <br />8 Family Care Homes to be visited annually <br />31 Total visits <br />2. Establish a volunteer registry <br />3. Work cooperatively with DSS, Department on Aging, and the Ombudsmen to <br />maximize resident rights in all facilities <br />4. Increase awareness of special accomplishments of the homes and provide <br />recognition for a job well done <br />S. Educate ourselves about policy, and social issues which may affect operation of <br />adult care homes <br />Monitor legislation which may influence existing or future adult care homes <br />
