Membership as an official SeniorNet Learning Center for 5 years from the date <br />of the official opening of the Center. <br />- Permission to charge a fee for each class and/or raise funds from local sources <br />such as community organizations and businesses. <br />11. Contribution from the Organizing Group in years 3 -5 of the contract. <br />Financial support for operational expenses which was provided with the <br />contribution of $1000 in each of the first two years, will not be provided in years <br />3 -5 of the contract. <br />12. Te1m. It is expected that the Organizing Group will make every effort to commit <br />to the terms of this contract for two years. At the end of the two years, either <br />party, namely the Organizing Group or SeniorNet may decide that they do not <br />want to continue in their support of the program. At that time either party may <br />give a 60 day written notice of their intention to terminate the Agreement. Upon <br />notification, SeniorNet will work with the SeniorNet Members to find a suitable <br />location for the Equipment so that the program can be continued in the same <br />geographic area. <br />Upon execution by both parties, this Agreement shall be effective commencing <br />immediately and, unless terminated sooner as provided in Appendix A or in the <br />above paragraph, shall continue in effect until the expiration of the fifth year. At <br />that time the Equipment will become the property of Organizing Group and an <br />opportunity to renew membership in the organization of SeniorNet Learning <br />Centers will be made available. <br />Letter of Agreement 11/20/97/11/20/97 /11/20/97 <br />
