We will modify our <br />design to create a 2,500 s.f facility that will include food service, social service <br />contact areas and office space. <br />These cost projections are based on our best information at this time. Building construction <br />costs are based on bids received for Project Homestart, our most recently bid project that is similar <br />in construction methods to yours. The cost projections we have will support the above amount of <br />construction at around $500,000.00. We are pleased to assist you with this information.
