NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />OF ORANGE COUNTY THAT, based on the documents which are exhibits <br />to this Resolution and all other things coming before the Board, <br />there is no factual basis and no basis in the law for <br />disqualifying the bids of O.C. Mitchell, Jr., Inc. on the Orange <br />County Skills Development Center renovation project. <br />Upon motion made by MOSES CAREY, JR. seconded by <br />STEPHEN HALKIOTIS the foregoing resolution was adopted. <br />Ayes• Chair Margaret W.
