Commissioner Carey feels we are making progress on the water and sewer boundary task force and there is general consensus on what should happen with emergency transfers and documentation. That will deal with most people's concerns. Pat Davis said that it isimportant for the Board of County Commissioners to know that in 1988 the region executed a mutual agreement to provide assistance to each other in times of emergency. Also, it is important to recognize that Chatham County has 6M gallon allocation from Jordan Lake per day. They have other abilities tomeet their needs.
