The amendment would provide for the adoption of temporary <br />moratoria to preserve the status quo while developing implementing ordinances for <br />adopted plans or during consideration of new plans and ordinances. The Board of <br />Commissioners asks that you and the Chapel Hill Town Council consider the inclusion of <br />this ordinance for the April 8, 1998 Joint Planning Public Hearing. <br />Thank you for your consideration.
