• CTL Engineering can complete the work within the timeframe established by the <br />Public Works Department. <br />• The Public Works Director spoke to some of the references listed in the proposal. <br />Without fail, CTL was reported to fulfill the contract in an exceptional manner and to <br />provide accurate budgetary estimates. In addition to numerous large corporations, <br />references included several school districts including Durham and Wake County. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board approve CTL <br />Engineering to conduct a roof appraisal on all County buildings commensurate with the <br />proposal submitted dated January 21, 1998; and authorize the Purchasing Director to <br />execute incidental paperwork necessary to complete this process. <br />
