The property is wooded with a <br />mixture of pines and hardwoods. Moderate slopes end at Dry Run, an intermittent <br />stream flowing southwest approximately two and a half miles to join the Eno <br />River. Most of the slopes over fifteen percent are found adjacent to the stream <br />and are protected by the required stream buffer. Rock outcrops are also located in <br />a portion of the stream buffer on the south side of the stream. <br />
