All charges will be processed by the Contractor in accordance with the <br />Contractor's applicable State or Local Law. <br />h. Contract credit will not be allowed for any charge subject to a processing <br />fee. If such a fee is imposed or implemented during the period of the <br />contract, the contract may be terminated in accordance with Clause <br />52.249-4, Termination for Convenience of the Government. <br />4. In order to ensure consistent levels of productivity toward established results, <br />the contract monitor will review production on a quarterly basis.
