C. 20507 <br />Telephone: (202) 663-4801 <br />G.1 CONTRACTING OFFICER <br />Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this contract, the Contracting Officer shall <br />be the only individual authorized to amend or modify any of the terms of the <br />contract or redirect the efforts of the Contractor. <br />G.2 CONTRACT MONITOR (CM) <br />The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's District Director listed above is <br />the Contract Monitor (CM) in connection with the performance of this contract. The <br />CM shall monitor the contract for the Director, Office of Field Programs and provide <br />the Contractor with technical guidance. Technical guidance shall mean filling in the <br />details or otherwise explaining the scope of work and the requirements set forth in <br />the contract. It is intended that the details or suggestions furnished shall not <br />constitute any changes in terms and conditions of the contract. The CM has the <br />responsibility for monitoring and evaluating all phases of the Contractor's <br />performance in order to determine compliance with the technical requirements of <br />the contract. <br />G-1 <br />
