<br />9 <br />To the extent authorized by law, the recipient will hold the County harmless against any <br />claim or action for damages, injury, or death relating to use of these funds or acts of its <br />employees or agents. <br />2. Annual Report <br />The YMCA will provide the County Manager with an annual report on March 1, 1999. <br />The report shall include demographic information on Orange County, Chapel Hill, <br />Carrboro and Hillsborough residents served. The report will include a budget breakdown <br />showing capital expenditures of County appropriations. In addition, the YMCA agrees to <br />allow the County, if requested, to inspect its financial books and records upon reasonable <br />notice during normal working hours. <br />
