aoo ,1572 P,:a 558 <br />of new impoundents of water; <br />17 <br />2.8 The pruning, cutting down, or other destruction or <br />removal of live or dead trees, except as necessary and with prior <br />written approval of Grantee pursuant to paragraph 4.5 below, in <br />accordance with generally accepted forestry conservation <br />practices, to control or prevent hazard, disease, or fire. <br />2.9 The planting of invasive plants (as recognized by <br />the N.C. Natural Heritage Program of N.L. Botanical Garden) not <br />native to the region anywhere on the Protected Property, grazing <br />of domestic animals, or disturbance or change in the natural <br />habitat in any manner; <br />2.10 The dumping or other disposal of wastes, refuse, _ <br />and debris on the Property; <br />2.11 The installation or extension of utilities; <br />2.12 Use of pesticides or biocides, including but not <br />limited to insecticides, fungicides, rodenticides, and <br />herbicides, and use of devices commonly known as "bug- zappers ", <br />except with prior written approval of Grantee pursuant to <br />paragraph 4.5 below and in accordance with management practices <br />of Grantee; <br />2.13 Operation of snowmobiles, dune buggies, <br />motorcycles, all- terrain or off -road vehicles, or any other types <br />of motorized vehicles or motorized floating craft; <br />3.
