t=;WA 1J J4 Phnt a j(N <br />erosion resistant vegetative cover shall be established and maintained as required by, Article 12 <br />6.23 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />LANDSCAPING <br />Existing trees shall be preserved to satisfy the landscaping requirements pursuant to Section <br />IV- B -8 -d -1 of the Subdivision Regulations. <br />A Type A Land Use Buffer shall be provided along New Hope Church Road and NC 10. <br />The buffer shall be 30 feet in width and shall be composed of deciduous and/or evergreen <br />vegetation that is opaque from the ground to a height of at least five (5) feet, with semi - <br />opaque intermittent visual obstructions from the opaque portion to a height of at least thirty <br />(30) feet. <br />Clear cutting of trees is prohibited. No trees measuring twelve (12) inches or more in <br />diameter at a point four and one half (4.5) feet above the ground shall be cut.
