On February 26, 1998, EEOC <br />proposed a modification of the original Contract between the parties, originally effective May 2, <br />1996, to extend said Contract for a period conterminous with the said Agreement and to increase <br />the total Contract price by $21,700 from $11,182.57 to a new total of $32,882.57, said total to be <br />determined by the processing and resolving of 40 charges at a price of $500 per charge; providing <br />intake services for 10 charges and attending EEOC sponsored training for a reimbursement form <br />EEOC of $1,200. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the <br />contract modification and authorize the Chair to sign the contract. <br />
