Ike: What does the C=xR think about which costs should be covered with public <br />funds (c.g. main water lines) and which costs (e.g. arrea$di tctlity fees, plumbing <br />connections) if any, should be borne by private property owners? <br />Comment: Please refer to C. above, which suggests that the County be responsible for <br />main water lines. Connection foes and laterals for low income people could be paid; for <br />through Comity Development Block Grant funds or from the County general fund. <br />Those property owners who do not qualify as low income should be asked to pay for <br />costs associated with laterals and possibly OWASA fees. <br />Issue: Benefit #10: Extension of Transit Service to Rogers Road <br />Comment: The Council referred the question of extension of transit service. to the <br />
