/ -. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by <br />Commissioner Carey to confirm County participation in the workshop. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />ADDED ITEM <br />~.~ RENCHER STREET <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Hartwell to ratify authorizing Orange County to file the Orange County <br />Small Cities CDBG application FY 1987, Rencher Street improvement area. <br />This authority includes all undertakings and assurances therein and <br />directs its Chair to sign the application and to act, unless some other <br />Orange County office is approved for this purpose by the Board and <br />approved by NRCD, in connection with the application and to provide such <br />additional information as may be required including all assurances and <br />certifications contained in the application. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. _ <br />H. APPOINTMENTS <br />No appointments were made. <br />I. EXECUTIVE SESSION - PROPERTY MATTER <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by Commissioner <br />Carey to adjourn into executive session for discussion of a property <br />matter. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />Motion was made by Chair Marshall, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit <br />to adjourn back into regular session. <br />VOTE: UNANIMDUS. <br />J.
