Jones: <br />~J <br />COO p~? <br />After reviev^ling the p~ oposed site with you today, i am resubmitting a cost proposal for <br />surveying tx ie 20 acre tract of land at Efland Cheeks School. This cost proposal is based on <br />using the d~~ta shown on two previous surveys done by this office. <br />The cost of the survey is $5,000.00 and includes the following: <br />A. Control Survey with boundary and topographical information. <br />B. P.ecordable plat of site showing existing tracts and all building footprints <br />and surrounding visible improvements. <br />C. Topographical survey at 2 foot contours. <br />D. All above data to be supplied in CADD format (Autocadd R14). <br />E. Assistance with site designers interpreting data, working with Orange County <br />Planning Department and supplying additional follow up information . <br />This propc al does not include the following: <br />A. fees for any permits required by regulatory agencies. <br />B.
