'The Calendar of Events provides a list of some of the <br />planned activities in Orange County. Health education, screening, outreach, and public awareness <br />events are scheduled. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board adopt the proclamation and <br />endorse the planned activities. <br />
