Service buildings and areas necessary to provide <br /> washing and drying machines for domestic laundry, <br /> sanitation, rest rooms, storage, vending machines, <br /> and other similar services provided by the facility <br /> for the use and convenience of the mobile home park <br /> tenants. <br /> D. Recreation buildings/facilities and areas <br /> serving only the mobile home park in which they are <br /> located. <br /> E. Customary accessary buildings and facilities <br /> necessary for operation of the mobile home park in <br /> which they are located. <br /> F. Storage buildings for individual mobile home spaces <br /> and intended for the exclusive use of the occupants <br /> of the mobile home space. <br /> G. Fencedr communal storage areas provided by the <br /> park operator for boatst campers, and other accessory <br /> vehicles belonging to park residents. <br /> H. Sales of mobile homes to be located within the <br /> district are permitted only for mobile homes which <br /> are already located on approved and established <br /> mobile home spaces. <br /> 7.20.4 Development Standards f,_QZ Mobilg Home Parks <br /> It is the intent of these standards to provide for mobile <br /> home _ parks which are aesthetically pleasing and provide <br /> an overall healthy environment for the residents of such <br /> parks. The design of mobile home parks shall respect the <br /> physical qualities of the land, including areas of steep <br /> topography, floodplains, and unique natural areas, and <br /> the preservation of existing wooded areas to serve <br /> recreation, open space, and scenic purposes. Mobile home <br /> park designs shall clearly reflect the needs of intended <br /> park residents and shall provide services and facilities <br /> accordingly. <br /> A. Mobile Rome Space Requirements <br /> 1. A mobile home park shall be divided into mobile <br /> home spaces, with each mobile home space having <br /> an area of at least five thousand (5,000) square <br /> feet and a minimum width of at least fifty (50) <br /> feet; provided, howeverf that the Orange County <br /> Health Department may increase the minimum area <br /> requirement for the park and/or individual spaces <br /> where necessary to be consistent with groundwater <br /> 109 <br />
