He presented for <br />consideration a policy for applying Rural Buffer standards to minor <br />-"subdivisions which were in process prior to the enactment of the two acre <br />minimum lot size requirement. This policy would exempt those major <br />subdivisions (with preliminary plat approval) from complying with the two <br />acre minimum lot size requirement.
